CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

DRIVE' S AGE : Minimum 23 years.
DRIVER'S LICENCE : International or national at least one year.
PAYMENT : We accept all methods of payment and all credit cards.
TRAFFIC FINES : All traffic fines insured during the rental period are at the renter's payment.
CASOLINE : Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.
INSURANCE : All authorized drivers of DISCOVERY cars (driver's name and license number has to be notice in the contract! are covered against fire and liability for death (not for passengers in DISCOVERY cars) injury and damage to property to third parties and to DISCOVERY cars. This fully comprehensive insurance is included with no renter responsibility.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE : Is available for 3 euro per day, per car. This insurance covers the renter and all the passengers.
TAXES : All rates are included of 18% V.A.T
DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS OF CARS : free delivery and collection at Heraklion airport / port, and all hotels in the area of Heraklion.
AVAILABILITY : Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
